The Big Night In turns your home or garden into the best bar in town. We bring a fully stocked mobile bar, bartenders who know what they're doing, and the DJ, lighting and sound to make it a real party.

You get to be a guest at your own party. We set up, keep the drinks flowing, and clear down at the end.

Questions

Can you just do the bar?

Yes. Book the bar on its own, or add food, a DJ and production. Every party is built to suit you.

Can you provide a DJ?

Yes. We can bring DJs and live acts, plus lighting and sound, so you don't have to organise separate suppliers.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based near Bracknell in Berkshire and cover everywhere within about 10 miles as standard, including Wokingham, Ascot, Sunningdale, Windsor, Maidenhead, Crowthorne, Sandhurst and Camberley. We travel further, up to an hour away, for the right event.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Dietary needs are planned in from the first conversation, not added at the end, so every guest is properly looked after.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for summer weekends and December, which book up first. If your date is close, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Where we work

We're based near Bracknell and cover everywhere within about 10 miles as standard, from Wokingham and Ascot to Windsor and Maidenhead. For the right event we'll happily travel further, up to an hour away.
